Realme has officially confirmed the launch of the Realme GT 5 on August 28 in China, coinciding with the company’s fifth-anniversary celebrations. The Realme GT 5 is set to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and is expected to feature up to 24GB of RAM. In addition to these details, a render of the device’s design has been shared by a well-known tipster ahead of the launch. The leaked render displays a gently curved screen featuring a central hole-punch cutout.
Realme’s upcoming handset is generating excitement with the tagline “Leapfrog” (translated from Chinese) and will support 240W fast charging, a feature that has been confirmed by the company’s CMO Xu Qi Chase. The event is scheduled to begin at 2:00pm local time (11:30pm IST) in China.
